Key Project Steps

The major steps to completing this project, based on the requirements of the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act are: 

• Step 1: Terms of Reference 
• Step 2: Individual Environmental Assessment (IEA)
• Step 3: Approvals 

Each step has a public engagement and consultation component along with outreach to stakeholders, agencies, and the public. A brief description of each step is provided.
